If you wish to return your goods for a refund or exchange on a faulty item then you must contact us immediately with details of your order number within 6 Months of delivery. Your goods must be returned to us within 30 days of this point. We recommend using a tracking postal method when returning goods, as proof of postage does not mean proof of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, items will only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty or in an unopened condition.
6 Month Guarantee does not cover usual wear and tear or burn out for over usage, but does cover faulty devices.
None of the above affect your statutory consumer rights.
