If you wish to return your goods for a refund or exchange on a faulty item then you must contact us immediately with details of your order number within 30 days of delivery. Your goods must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. We recommend using a tracking postal method when returning goods, as proof of postage doe's not mean proof of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, items will only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty or in an unopened condition.
None of the above affect your statutory consumer rights.
